Naomi Hayashi, MD specializes in gentle eye exams with a caring, attentive physician with up to date advanced imaging technology.

Dr. Hayashi graduated at the top of her class from Princeton University. She spent a year in Kurashiki, Japan as an English teacher through the Princeton in Asia program. Then, she moved to New York City to attend Cornell University Medical College.

New York Presbyterian Hospital selected her for the "Distinguished Housestaff Officer Award" two years in a row during her training and she served as the Chief Resident for Ophthalmic Surgery. Dr. Hayashi is skilled in the latest surgical and laser techniques. She is affiliated with New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, New York University, Lenox Hill Hospital, Laser One, and also teaches residents at New York Presbyterian Hospital Cornell. She regularly performs cataract and other surgeries at New York Eye Ambulatory Surgery center and New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
